Pasta with Sausage, Basil, and Mustard

dry white wine
3/4 cup
heavy cream

grainy mustard

crushed red pepper

basil, sliced
Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente; drain.

Heat olive oil in skillet; add sausage to brown for 5 minutes.

Add wine; simmer until reduced by half, about 5 minutes.

Stir in cream, mustard, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
