pumpkin puree

chicken broth

half-and-half
1/2 cup
sour cream

grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
salt and ground black pepper
to taste
1 (16 ounce) package
campanelle pasta
1 tablespoon
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Instructions
STEP 1
Cook sausage until browned, breaking it up.
STEP 2
Add onion and garlic, cook until tender.
STEP 3
Stir in pumpkin, broth, half-and-half, sour cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and pepper; cook until creamy.
STEP 4
Meanwhile, boil salted water and cook campanelle until tender; drain.
STEP 5
Combine pasta and sausage mixture; heat through. Serve with cheese.
