Panko-Breaded Fried Razor Clams

Instructions

Beat eggs in a bowl. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in another bowl. Mix panko and Parmesan in a third bowl.

Flour clams, dip in eggs, then coat with panko mixture. Place on the baking sheet, cover, and freeze until firm.

Heat oil in a skillet. Fry clams until browned, about 1 minute on each side. Drain on paper towels.
