Pan Fried Halibut
Ingredients

1 cup
all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons
dried herbes de Provence
1 teaspoon
seafood seasoning
1 teaspoon
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
1 pound
skinless halibut fillets
2 tablespoons
olive oil
Instructions
STEP 1
Beat egg in a small bowl.
STEP 2
Combine flour, herbes de Provence, seafood seasoning, salt, and black pepper in another bowl.
STEP 3
Cut halibut into 4 equal pieces.
STEP 4
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
STEP 5
Dip halibut pieces into beaten egg, allowing excess to drip back.
STEP 6
Dredge each piece in the flour mixture to coat.
STEP 7
Place coated pieces into the skillet.
STEP 8
Cook until browned, about 5 minutes; flip and cook until opaque, 2 minutes more.
