Lay each slice flat of pork on a chopping board and bash until approximately 5mm thick.
STEP 2
Top each slice with a sage leaf, season with salt and pepper, and wrap in prosciutto.
STEP 3
Coat each slice in flour, patting off excess.
STEP 4
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add oil. Cook for 2–4 minutes on each side until cooked through and prosciutto is crispy. Remove and set aside.
STEP 5
Add garlic to the pan for a minute, then add cherry tomatoes, green beans, and white wine. Cook for 4–5 minutes until beans are tender.
