Nutty Orange-Cranberry Sauce

fresh or frozen raspberries

water

monk fruit extract

walnuts, coarsely chopped

grated orange zest
Instructions
STEP 1
1 Combine the berries, water, and monk fruit extract in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, and bring to a boil.,

2 Immediately reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until all the cranberries have popped and the mixture has thickened slightly, about 8 minutes.,
