Mushroom Nut Roast

Ingredients

chopped onions
2 cloves
garlic
2 cups
chopped mushrooms
1 cup
cooked lentils

chopped nuts

thyme
to taste

Instructions

In a pan, sauté chopped onions and garlic until soft.
