Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
12 whole
fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon
vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
minced garlic
1 (8 ounce) package
cream cheese
1/4 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon
ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
onion powder
1/4 teaspoon
ground cayenne pepper
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray baking sheet.
STEP 2
Clean mushrooms and chop stems finely.
STEP 3
Heat oil, add garlic and chopped stems. Cook until dry.
STEP 4
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, pepper, onion powder, and cayenne.
STEP 5
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and place on baking sheet.
STEP 6
Bake for 20 minutes until hot.
