Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray.,

Stir together cracker crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, eggs, garlic, and onion in a large bowl. Add beef to bowl; mix well (with hands) to combine. Turn beef mixture out onto prepared pan and shape into a 9 x 4-inch freeform loaf.,

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together ketchup and pepper jelly in a medium bowl.,
STEP 4
Remove meatloaf from oven (leave oven on). Spread ketchup mixture over meatloaf and return to oven.,

Bake until a thermometer inserted in center registers 165°F, about 30 minutes. Remove meatloaf from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Cut into 12 slices.
