Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease 16 muffin cups.
STEP 2
In a bowl, whisk flour, millet, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, vegetable oil, honey, and egg. Stir this into the flour mixture until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
STEP 3
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 15 minutes.
