Mediterranean Salmon
Ingredients
1/2 cup
olive oil
1/4 cup
balsamic vinegar
4 cloves
garlic
4 (4 ounce)
salmon fillets
1 1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1 tbsp
fresh cilantro
1 tbsp
fresh basil
Instructions
STEP 1
Mix oil and vinegar in a bowl.
STEP 2
Arrange salmon in dish. Rub garlic, pour marinade, coat, and season.
STEP 3
Preheat the broiler.
STEP 4
Remove salmon from marinade and discard excess.
STEP 5
Broil salmon, basting occasionally, until browned and flaky.
