Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking dish with olive oil.

In a bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic oil, ginger powder, sesame seeds, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
STEP 3
Place chicken thighs in the baking dish. Pour sauce over and coat the chicken.
STEP 4
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and flip thighs, baking until an internal temperature of 200 degrees F is reached, about 15 more minutes.
STEP 5
Sprinkle with parsley and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
