Low-Sugar Strawberry Compote

honey

lemon juice
Instructions
STEP 1
Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add strawberries, honey, and lemon; crush with a hand-held food chopper or potato masher. Simmer, uncovered, until strawberries reduce down, about 8 minutes. Stir.
