Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, about 7 minutes. Crumble and set aside, reserving 2 tablespoons of grease.

Combine bacon grease, butter, corn muffin mix, corn (drained), creamed corn, green onions, egg, sour cream, shredded cheese, and Cajun seasoning in a large bowl. Mix well and pour into prepared dish.

Bake until lightly browned, about 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
