Instructions
STEP 1
Chill a martini glass or similar by placing some ice in it.,
STEP 2
Put lots of ice and all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.,
STEP 3
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds to chill.,
STEP 4
Tip out the ice from the glass and strain in the mixture.,
STEP 5
Garnish with grated lemon zest and a cherry.
