Light and Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients

buttermilk

sour cream
4 tablespoons
unsalted butter
1 cup
warm maple syrup
Instructions
STEP 1
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 2
Prepare the egg whites until stiff.
STEP 3
Whisk yolks, buttermilk, and sour cream.
STEP 4
Fold egg whites into the yolk mixture.
STEP 5
Mix with the dry ingredients gently.
STEP 6
Heat the skillet and cook pancakes.
