Lemony Roasted Artichoke Hearts

frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
1/4 tsp
sea salt

freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp
grated lemon zest

lemon juice
Instructions
STEP 1
1 Preheat the oven to 450°F.,

2 Lightly dampen a paper towel with a small amount of olive oil and wipe a large rimmed baking sheet with it.,

3 Combine the 2 tablespoons of oil, artichoke hearts, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and toss to coat.,
