Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Squeeze lemon over both sides, season with garlic powder and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes until fully cooked.

In a large saucepan, season chicken broth with garlic powder and pepper. Bring to boil and add lemon juice and pasta. Cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed.

Cut cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Stir into pasta with cream and lemon zest. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
