Korean BBQ Tacos
Ingredients
2 tins
banana blossom

street taco tortillas

red cabbage
1
carrot
2
mangoes
2 tablespoons
BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon
soy sauce
1 tablespoon
hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon
maple syrup
1 teaspoon
chili paste
1 tablespoon
olive oil
to serve
coriander
to serve
fresh sliced chili
Instructions
STEP 1
Drain the banana blossom and shred it.
STEP 2
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, add the shredded banana blossom, and marinate for at least 2 hours.
STEP 3
Prepare taco toppings and chill in separate bowls.
STEP 4
Preheat the oven to 220℃. Spoon marinated mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, mixing halfway.
STEP 5
Fry tortillas for 30 seconds on each side in a pan.
STEP 6
Assemble tacos with filling and toppings. Enjoy!
