Instructions
STEP 1
Toss cabbage, scallion, and lime juice; season.
STEP 2
Pound sesame seeds, mix with mayonnaise.
STEP 3
Heat oil in skillet; brown kimchi for 3 minutes.
STEP 4
Brush buns with oil, grill inside for 20 seconds.
STEP 5
Grill hot dogs until charred, about 3 minutes.
STEP 6
Assemble hot dogs with kimchi, cheddar, cabbage salad, and Sriracha.
