Kale Chips with Cumin and Sea Salt

kale (about 1 lb.) washed and thoroughly dried
1 tbsp
olive oil
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/4 tsp
sea salt
1/8 tsp
ground chipotle pepper
Instructions
STEP 1
1 Preheat the oven to 325F.,
STEP 2
2 Tear the kale into 1-1/2" pieces. Toss them in a large bowl with the oil, gently rubbing the leaves with your fingers to help spread the oil evenly.,

3 Add the cumin, salt, and chipotle pepper and toss well.,
STEP 4
4 Arrange the kale in a single layer on 2 large baking sheets. Bake 1 batch at a time until crisp, turning the leaves once, about 16-18 minutes.,
