Jiffy Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread Muffins

Softened Butter

Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease muffin cups.
STEP 2
In a bowl, mix muffin mix, milk, eggs, sour cream, creamed corn, jalapenos, and cheese. Stir to combine.
STEP 3
Divide mixture in muffin cups. Place jalapeno slices on top.
STEP 4
Bake 17-20 minutes until browned. Serve with butter.
