Jicama, Apple, and Pear Slaw
Ingredients

shredded red cabbage
1 cup
shredded green cabbage

apple, unpeeled, cored, and cut into thin matchsticks

jicama, peeled and cut into thin matchsticks (about 1 cup)

Instructions
STEP 1
1 Toss all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.,
