Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Instructions
STEP 1
Combine onion, scallions, chiles, garlic, spices in a food processor to form a paste.
STEP 2
With the machine running, add soy sauce and oil; mix well.
STEP 3
Pour marinade over chicken in a shallow dish; coat well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
STEP 4
Grill chicken over medium-hot fire, turning occasionally, until done (35-40 minutes).
STEP 5
Serve grilled chicken on a platter.
