Instant Pot Chicken Pot Pie (Crustless and Gluten Free)
Ingredients

chicken tenders, cubed
1.5 cups
chicken broth
1.5 cups
diced carrots
1.5 cups
diced celery
1 cup
corn kernels
1 large
onion, diced
1 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
1 teaspoon
onion powder
1 teaspoon
ground black pepper
1 teaspoon
poultry seasoning
0.5 teaspoon
dried thyme
1 cup
heavy cream
0.5 cup
frozen peas
Instructions
STEP 1
Combine chicken, broth, carrots, celery, corn, onion, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, poultry seasoning, and thyme in pressure cooker.
STEP 2
Close and lock the lid. Set timer for 10 minutes on high pressure.
STEP 3
Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
STEP 4
Release pressure using natural-release method for about 10 minutes, then carefully use quick-release method.
STEP 5
Unlock and remove the lid.
STEP 6
Stir in cream and peas. Select Sauté function. Cook until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
