Instant Pot Chicken Paprikash
Ingredients
1 package (12 ounces)
egg noodles
2 tablespoons
butter
1 tablespoon
minced parsley
1.5 teaspoons
salt, divided
1 teaspoon
black pepper, divided
1 tablespoon
olive oil
3 shallots
shallots
6 cloves
garlic
2 cups
arrabbiata pasta sauce
1/4 cup
chicken broth
3 tablespoons
red wine vinegar
2 pounds
boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup
plain yogurt, divided
3 tablespoons
paprika
Instructions
STEP 1
Boil salted water and cook noodles.
STEP 2
Toss noodles with butter, parsley, salt, and pepper.
STEP 3
Turn on the Instant Pot and sauté shallots and garlic.
STEP 4
Pour in pasta sauce, broth, and vinegar.
STEP 5
Season chicken and add to the pot; cook on high pressure.
STEP 6
Release pressure and mix yogurt with sauce.
STEP 7
Shred chicken and serve over noodles with yogurt.
