Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Brush oil over a loaf tin.

In a bowl, mix mince, garlic, spices, and seasoning until smooth. Press into the loaf tin and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
STEP 3
Meanwhile, warm the pittas in the oven for 5 minutes.
STEP 4
Turn out the meat from the tin and slice into thin strips. Open the pittas to create pockets and fill with meat and salad. Add chilli sauce and yoghurt, and include pickled chillies if desired.
