Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium heat.,
STEP 2
In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.,
STEP 3
Form the mixture into two evenly sized patties, about 1/2 inch thick.,
STEP 4
Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).,

While the patties are cooking, slice the whole wheat buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or a toaster.,
