Onion, chopped

Bell pepper, chopped

Celery, chopped

Garlic, minced

Olive oil

Vegetable broth

Cajun seasoning

White rice
Instructions
STEP 1
Soak the red beans overnight.
STEP 2
Cook the soaked beans until tender.
STEP 3
Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery in oil.
STEP 4
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
STEP 5
Stir in cooked beans, seasonings, and broth.
STEP 6
Simmer for 30 minutes, then serve over rice.
