Grilled Salmon II
Ingredients

fillets salmon
1/4 cup
peanut oil
2 tablespoons
soy sauce
2 tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons
green onions
1 1/2 teaspoons
brown sugar
1 clove
garlic
3/4 teaspoon
ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon
crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon
sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon
salt
Instructions
STEP 1
Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 2
Place salmon in a glass dish, cover with marinade. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
STEP 3
Preheat the barbecue or gas grill to medium heat.
STEP 4
Oil the grill rack and adjust height to 5 inches from the coals.
STEP 5
Remove salmon from marinade and place on grill.
STEP 6
Grill for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until it flakes easily.
