Green Salad with Sesame-Ginger Vinaigrette

Ingredients

rice vinegar
1 1/2 tsp
finely minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp
coconut aminos or reduced-sodium wheat-free tamari
1/4 tsp
monk fruit extract
1 tbsp
Asian sesame oil
3 tbsp
Malaysian red palm fruit oil
3 tbsp
finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp
sesame seeds
1/8 tsp
sea salt
4 cups
fresh organic baby greens such as spinach or kale (about 6oz)

red bell pepper, chopped
Instructions

4 Toss baby greens and red bell pepper in 1/4 cup dressing and serve.
