Instructions
STEP 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.,
STEP 2
Add 8 ounces of gluten free pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 7-10 minutes until al dente.,
STEP 3
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.,
STEP 4
Add 1 chopped bell pepper, 1 cup of broccoli florets, and 1 cup of sliced carrots to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and vibrant in color.,
STEP 5
Stir in 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.,

Drain the gluten free pasta and add it to the skillet with the vegetables.,
