Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients

uncooked shrimp
3 cloves
garlic
1/4 cup
butter
3 tablespoons
lemon juice
To Serve
cooked rice
To Garnish
parsley (optional)
Instructions
STEP 1
In a large skillet, melt butter.
STEP 2
Add shrimp and garlic; sauté until pink.
STEP 3
Stir in lemon juice; heat through.
STEP 4
Serve over hot rice; garnish with parsley if desired.
