1/2 cup
fig jam
1 cup
sliced artichokes
1 cup
fresh figs, sliced
2 tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
to taste
salt

Instructions

Roll out the pastry on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.

Spread the fig jam evenly over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.

Arrange the sliced artichokes and figs on top of the jam.

Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling, pleating as necessary.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
