Eggy Bread
Ingredients

1/2 tbsp
milk
1 tbsp
vegetable oil

thick slices of bread
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper

tomato ketchup or brown sauce
Instructions
STEP 1
Beat together egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
STEP 2
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
STEP 3
Dip bread into egg mixture; place in pan.
STEP 4
Cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
STEP 5
