Easy Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1 pound
ground beef chuck
0.25 cup
plain dried breadcrumbs
0.25 cup
grated Parmesan
0.25 cup
chopped fresh parsley
2
garlic cloves
1 large
egg
1 can (28 ounces)
crushed tomatoes
0.75 pound
spaghetti
Coarse salt and ground pepper

Instructions
STEP 1
Boil water; combine all meatball ingredients except beef and breadcrumbs.
STEP 2
Mix in beef and breadcrumbs; form into balls.
STEP 3
Brown meatballs in oil over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
STEP 4
Add crushed tomatoes; simmer while stirring until cooked through.
STEP 5
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti until al dente.
STEP 6
Drain spaghetti; toss with meatballs and sauce. Serve with Parmesan.
