Blend in dry ingredients until smooth batter forms. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet and grease it lightly.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread evenly.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Repeat with remaining batter. Fill and serve as desired.
