Easy Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
2 teaspoons
chili powder
1 teaspoon
ground cumin
1 teaspoon
smoked paprika

dried oregano

garlic powder

1 ½ pounds
boneless skinless chicken thighs

mini flour tortillas

Instructions
STEP 1
In a bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
STEP 2
Season chicken with spice mixture.
STEP 3
Heat canola oil in skillet over medium high heat.
STEP 4
Cook chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
STEP 5
Let chicken cool, then dice into bite-size pieces.
STEP 6
Serve chicken in tortillas with pico de gallo, avocado, cilantro, and lime.
