Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

vegetable oil

pork loin chops
3 teaspoons
seasoning salt
2 teaspoons
ground black pepper

onion, cut into strips

water
Instructions

Rub chops with seasoning salt and pepper.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. Add onions and water. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Turn chops over, adding remaining salt and pepper. Cook until water evaporates, onions turn brown.

Remove chops from pan, serve with onions on top.
