Dulce de Leche Brownies
Ingredients
1 can
cooking spray
1/4 cup
butter
1 ounce
dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup
white sugar
1/2 cup
brown sugar
1/2 cup
all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons
unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons
vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon
salt
2
eggs
1/2 cup
dulce de leche
2 tablespoons
caramel topping
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat 8-inch pan.
STEP 2
Melt butter in a double boiler. Stir in chocolate.
STEP 3
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla, and salt with the chocolate mixture. Fold in eggs gently.
STEP 4
Pour half the batter in the pan. Top with dulce de leche, swirl it. Cover with remaining batter, drizzle caramel.
STEP 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
