Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and let it rest.

In the same pan, add 1/2 cup of diced onions, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 cup of cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Stir in 1 cup of spinach until wilted, then add in 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cooked pasta of your choice (about 12 ounces) to the creamy sauce and mix well.

Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with additional Parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
