Instructions
STEP 1
Heat 5g of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
STEP 2
Add 10g of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
STEP 3
Stir in 80g of diced tomatoes and 155g of tuna, mixing well.
STEP 4
Add 150g of cooked rice and a bay leaf, stirring to combine.
STEP 5
Pour in 50g of all-purpose cream and season with pepper to taste. Let it simmer until thickened.
STEP 6
