Creamy Lemon Chicken Pasta

olive oil
1/2 cup
dry white wine

lemon, zested and juiced
1/2 (8 ounce)
package cream cheese
2 tablespoons
all-purpose flour
1 cup
sour cream
2 cups
chicken stock
1 tablespoon
dried parsley
1 teaspoon
dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon
crushed red pepper
salt and ground black pepper

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a pan.
STEP 2
Slice chicken and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Boil water and cook pasta for 6 minutes. Drain.
STEP 4
Heat butter and oil in a pan, add chicken, cook until lightly browned.
STEP 5
Add wine, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and lemon juice, cook briefly.
STEP 6
Reduce heat, add cream cheese, stir until melted. Mix flour with sour cream, add to pan.
STEP 7
Stir in chicken stock, herbs, red pepper, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
STEP 8
Add Parmesan and lemon zest. Mix with pasta and transfer to the pan. Top with Parmesan.
STEP 9
Bake for 15 minutes covered, then uncover and bake 7-10 minutes until browned.
