Creamy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Unsalted butter

All-purpose flour

Whole milk

Sharp yellow Cheddar (grated)

Velveeta, torn
4 ounces
Pecorino Romano (grated)
1/2 teaspoon
Dry mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon
Onion powder
1 pinch
Ground cayenne
to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Boil salted water and cook pasta.

Melt butter in an empty pot.
