Cream of Mushroom Soup Casserole

Onions, diced

Mushrooms, sliced
2 cans (10.5 oz)
Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup
Milk
4 cups
Pasta, cooked
1 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp
Parsley, chopped
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
STEP 2
In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat and add onions, cooking until translucent.
STEP 3
Add mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
STEP 4
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until well blended.
STEP 5
Add cooked pasta and mix thoroughly.
STEP 6
Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake for 25 minutes.
STEP 7
Garnish with parsley before serving.
