bacon

ground beef
1 1/2 cups
beef broth
2 teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons
hot sauce
8 ounces
spaghetti noodles
1 can (10 ounces)
diced chiles
1 can (14.5 ounces)
fire-roasted tomatoes
1 can (4 ounces)
tomato sauce
1/2 cup
shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
to taste
sliced green onions
Instructions

Remove bacon and crumble.

Sauté onion in the bacon grease.

Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until fragrant.

Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.

Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the bacon.

Break spaghetti noodles and scatter over beef.

Pour tomatoes and sauce over noodles. Cover and cook 20 minutes.

Stir to combine, add cheese, and remaining bacon. Let cheese melt.

Garnish with green onions before serving.
