Instructions
STEP 1
Grate the courgettes and place them in a clean tea towel. Squeeze out excess moisture.,

In a bowl, mix the grated courgettes with chopped mint, parsley, spring onions, and minced garlic.,

Add the gram flour and season with salt and pepper. Mix until combined.,

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.,

Spoon the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly to form fritters.,
