Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line sheets with parchment.
STEP 2
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
STEP 3
Beat sugar, butter, and sour cream until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
STEP 4
Add vanilla and egg, mix until combined.
STEP 5
Gradually mix in flour until just combined.
STEP 6
Scoop dough onto sheets, leave space between mounds.
STEP 7
Flatten with glass dipped in flour, smooth edges with a wet finger.
STEP 8
Bake for about 20 minutes until light yellow.
STEP 9
Cool on wire rack.

For frosting, beat confectioners' sugar, butter, cream, and vanilla until fluffy.

Add food coloring, mix well.

Frost cooled cookies and sprinkle confetti on top.
