Copycat Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole Shepherd's Pie

frozen peas
1 container
mashed potatoes
1/2 recipe
hash brown casserole
1 1/2 cups
shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons
sliced green onion
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat pot roast and gravy in a saucepan, stir in peas and cook until heated, about 3-4 minutes.
STEP 2
Spread the mashed potatoes evenly in a casserole dish.
STEP 3
Layer pot roast and peas on top of the potatoes, followed by hash brown casserole spreading evenly. Top with Cheddar cheese.
STEP 4
Bake uncovered for about 35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle green onions before serving.
