Coffee Banana Bread

ripe bananas
1 cup
strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup
maple syrup
1/2 cup
almond milk
2 cups
whole wheat flour
1 tsp
baking powder

Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.,
STEP 2
In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.,
STEP 3
Add the coffee, maple syrup, and almond milk to the mashed bananas and mix well.,
STEP 4
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.,
STEP 5
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.,
STEP 6
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin and smooth the top.,
STEP 7
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.,
STEP 8
Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
